Technocratic Control Over Greek Gold is Reason For Destruction of Economy

Last week, gold fell below $1,700 an ounce. This prompted caution in the metals markets as the Federal Reserve Bank continues its purchases of the mortgage-backed securities. The mainstream media touts this act as an attempt to stimulate the American economy; however it is nothing less than a land-grab by the technocrats.

Overseas, Germany’s central bank has neglected to audit the country’s estimated 3,400 tons of gold reserves. This resource would be desirable to the technocrats at this critical time – when they are endeavoring to implode fiat currencies in the EuroZone. Those gold stores are in the hands of the Federal Reserve headed by Ben Bernanke.


It is supposed that the same 3,400 tons of gold (valued at an estimated $190 billion) is currently in the possession of the central bankers in the US, France and England; assuming that this gold is the same gold that was stored at the end of the Cold War.

While the technocrats are trying to figure out how much gold they have amassed through the implosion of various sovereign nations under the direction of the global devaluation of the Euro, the BRICs nations have been backing their fiat with precious metals and preparing to bring the world back to a gold standard.
In the 1800’s, Adam Smith wrote the Wealth of Nations. Smith concluded his book by saying that if countries held gold as currency, they are a risk to the rest of the world. Since gold can be picked up and moved to another location, the psychical gold itself poses a risk to the sovereignty of a nation; and that nation’s ability to retain their sovereignty by which the gold affords them.

The technocrats operate under the credo that gold must be kept off the market because the controlling the known amount of gold secures their advantage of its price and worth. In this way, the wealth of a nation could be manipulated because the central bank would be the only institution that would know exactly how much gold any nation had in their possession; while simultaneously printing fiat to devalue the worth of the country’s currency.

Smith concurs when he states that less wealth that is circulated possess a hindrance to the growth of any nation. And therefore the elimination of the gold standard serves only to hide the wealth of all nations and create financial dependence on the technocrats to value all fiat.

Greece is very attractive to the technocrats. The nation has massive untouched resources of gold, oil and natural gas – literally under the feet of the Greek people. With Greece slated to be the biggest producer of gold in 2016, the motives behind the bankster’s coercion of the Greek government into soverign debt begins to make sense.

The Greek government agreed to the technocratic demands for sovereign debt in exchange for the bailout which will push the Greek economy further down with more fiat pumped into the system. Meanwhile, the citizens of Greece will lose their independence, benefits and become serfs to the central banking cartels.

 

Earlier this month, hundreds of protesters gathered to stand up against the acquisition of Greece’s Halkidiki gold mine to the banking elite. Police detained 21 protesters while reports said only 3 demonstrators were hurt.

In Greece, demonstrators came out in Athens by the thousands to demand their government discontinue the systematic destruction of their country under new austerity reforms. Police in riot gear reported that the protesters threw Molotov cocktails and took aim at the Greek parliament building. They were met with tear gas.

The Canadian based Eldorado Gold Corp (EGC) is more than willing to be part of the creation of gold mines in lieu of the financial collapse in Greece. Along with the Australian-owned Glory Resources, EGC is hoping their efforts will add 425,000 ounces of gold (worth an estimated $757 million) to the institution that ends up controlling Greece’s finances.

Other resources in Greece which places the nation in the hands of the banking cartels, are the substantial sub-Mediterranean natural gas and petrol fields at the precipice of the country. Controlling Greek energy exports would be extremely profitable for the technocrats. Numerous European-based corporations are bidding to have contracts for the extraction of these resources.
In light of this, the monetary destruction of Greece by the central banksters makes quite a bit of sense. Not only would they control the fiat, but they would have their hand over these natural resources which would devalue the oil deposits in the Middle East.

At the latest talk at the European Council Summit, the centralization of monetary power was established with the single supervisory mechanism (SSM) that justifies a new control system of fiat distribution and acquisition for the purpose of regulating capital and liquidity with the Technocrats overseeing compliance for more than 6,000 banks in the Euro Zone.

Considered a “revolution”, this usurpation of monetary power over sovereign nations in Europe will have one “supervisor for the whole of Europe.” Nations will no longer be permitted, by international mandate, to manage their own finances. The Technocrats are using the global market crash of 2008 as validation for their self-imbued rule. This centralized power is borne out of a compromise between France and Germany. A single “supervisor” will be empowered to intervene in any and all bank dealings that are originated in the Euro Zone. Those mega-banks in the Euro Zone will be limited by their establishment as systemic.

The SSM is touted to prevent more risky dealings in the Euro Zone by controlling the banks through a single source. Jose Manuel Barroso, president of the EU Commission believes that this move will allow the European Central Bank (ECB) to become the central power foundation and have control over all banks in the Euro Zone. Yet the SSM appears to be another step toward one world currency.

True to the intricate plans of the technocrats, the UN has proposed a complete overhaul in the report entitled, “Adapting the International Monetary System to Face 21st Century Challenges”. They call for a “more intense debate on and reforms to the international monetary system imply that the current system is unable to respond appropriately and adequately to challenges that have appeared, or become more acute, in recent years. This paper focuses on four such challenges: ensuring an orderly exit from global imbalances, facilitating more complementary adjustments between surplus and deficit countries without recessionary impacts, better supporting international trade by reducing currency volatility and better providing development and climate finance. After describing them, it proposes reforms to enable the international monetary system to better respond to these challenges.”

What Hurricane Sandy Reveals About the Future of Preparedness

Hurricane Sandy has cleared entire grocery outlets of their essential items like water, shut off power from hundreds of thousands of homes, and incited gangs to call for the looting for local stores and wealthy homes. But it is nothing compared to a major disaster. Sure, Hurricane Sandy is projected to cost anywhere from $80 to $100 billion in damages, but it does not really compare to the reality of greater meltdown incidents.


The reality is that other major disaster scenarios that threaten the lives of many could lead to a response that is overwhelmingly more severe. Whether economic, nuclear, biological or otherwise, individuals will respond much differently when two circumstances arise surrounding such a situation:


  • There is no preemptive warning to prepare for the circumstances yet to be encountered.
  • There is direct harm presented towards individuals and their families.
But where does Hurricane Sandy fit into all of this? Hurricane Sandy is extremely important as it is a ‘beta test’ of sorts to show how people will respond during a time of perceived crisis. Given that Hurricane Sandy does not pose a very real threat to the lives of citizens (directly), this response is of course much lighter than in the more life-threatening collapse situations. That said, store shelves have still been emptied of all essential items (particularly water, which was the first thing to go a few days ago), looters are conspiring to pick their targets, and millions face the reality of long-term power outages.

The best options are either a gravity-based filtration system (that works using gravity instead of pressure provided by electricity), or an atmospheric water generator that is solar powered or can run reasonable fine on a generator. With either of these options, you will be able to address the most challenging issue of obtaining fresh water supply for you and your family. This alone may be enough of a barter tool to generate excess food and perhaps even weapons.
That said, it is important to begin stockpiling foods that you will be able to eat without electricity. Many foods exist that store for nearly forever, but it is still wise to eat from your storage each month and replace accordingly to achieve optimum freshness and subsequent taste. After all, you want to attempt to retain the most comfort in a collapse scenario through your foods to ensure that you and your family do not suffer from serious panic-induced hardships.

Future Preparedness

Hurricane Sandy presents a unique scenario in which we can understand how society will respond to disaster in highly-populated urban areas after being used to a ‘regular’ lifestyle for virtually the last several decades. Is The World Abandoning The U.S. Economy?

Go to any university, any center of equities trade, any meeting place for financial academia, any fiscal think tank, and they will tell you without the slightest hint of doubt in their eyes that the U.S. economy is essential to the survival of the world.  To even broach the possibility that the U.S. could be dropped or replaced as the central pillar of trade on the planet is greeted with sneers and even anger.  But let’s set aside what we think (or what we assume) we know about the American financial juggernaut and consider the sordid history of the money powerhouse myth.

Germany, especially in the decade leading up to WWI, was an industrial giant, rivaling Britain in the production of raw commodities like steel, as well as the banking envy of the world.  I’m sure very few economists of the era would have given any credence to the idea that the German foundation would in the near future collapse into hyperinflationary ruin.  However, that is exactly what it did.  In the span of 10 to 15 years, Germany was completely supplanted as the shining beacon of economic prosperity, never to return to a similar glory.

The British Empire from WWII up until the late 1950’s was the primary force in the global trade of oil, and the pound-sterling was dominant in the export and import of raw petroleum between nations.  Extreme debt obligations and draining interventions in the Middle East set Britain on the path to currency devaluation, and the loss of its coveted reserve status.

The point is, there is no such thing as an invincible economy, especially if it is predicated on overt debt creation, fiat printing, and reckless foreign policy.  When it comes down to the raw data, the American system is just as fragile as any corrupt third world shanty-town nation.

The possibility of a U.S. without financial hegemony is very real.  To understand that this possibility exists is one thing; to understand that the process of destabilization has already begun is another.  Many analysts with their heads stuck in the mainstream clouds attempt to argue against the “theory” of foreign markets decoupling from the U.S., not realizing that their entire debate platform is pointless because the decoupling is happening right under their noses…

The recent press covering the ongoing plan by BRIC nations (or “BRICS” if you count the latest bilateral agreements with South Africa) to establish their own supranational banking hub merely highlights the fact that developing countries are not simply “talking” about decoupling from the United States, they are taking actions to make it happen:

The response from mainstream financial analysts is, of course, that the project for a BRIC bank will fail.  Their argument, however, usually revolves around the assumption that this new central bank is designed to “compete” with the IMF, and is a merely an overreaction to the IMF and World Bank’s failure to give developing nations more inclusion in decision making processes.  I see no evidence that the BRICS are trying to create a counter-system which would conflict with IMF control.  Instead, it would seem that the BRICS are much more interested in forcing the issue of greater inclusion, and garnering greater favor within the already existing IMF structure:

Last year the G20 discussed heightened participation by China and the BRICS in the IMF’s global basket currency, the SDR.  French Finance Minister and later “elected” IMF chief Christine Lagarde agreed with the idea while stating that certain conditions, including appreciation of the Yuan’s value, would have to take place:

Contrary to the belief that the BRICS are building opposition to the IMF, China has on several occasions called for the EXPANSION of the IMF’s power, as well as widespread circulation of the SDR:

How have the MSM talking heads missed this trend?  Simply put:  Bias, controlled and pre-written talking points from their editors, as well as many half-baked presumptions.  The popular belief amongst financial academia is that the IMF is a product of American economic might, and that the organization will do whatever is in the best interests of the U.S. at all times.  The reality is that the IMF is fast becoming the central authority of economic operations around the globe, and America just happens to be paying the largest “tithe” to the respective coffers of the banking syndicate.  Do you get more control in the operations of the IRS when you pay more taxes?

The IMF’s goal is world centralization of economic control.  For them, any sovereign nation is expendable in pursuit of the end game, including the United States.  The IMF would not be pushing the issuance of a new world reserve currency to unseat the dollar if they did not intend to follow through, and they certainly would not hobble the greenback if they cared in the slightest about American economic concerns.   

Rather than running counter to the IMF, BRIC partners and the newly realized ASEAN bloc are making themselves indispensible to the globalists, ensuring wider partnership in the near future.  A BRIC central bank is, I believe, a bargaining chip to be used to open the door to more leadership in the IMF while reducing American influence.  To summarize, the BRICS are not in conflict with the IMF, rather, they are in conflict with the U.S., and this conflict is coming to a climax…

Trade amongst BRIC nations continues to climb while exports to the U.S. have diminished.  Between 2001 and 2009, exports and imports between BRICS skyrocketed, even amidst the derivatives collapse:

Last year, ASEAN overtook Japan as China’s third largest trading partner.  With the announcement of increased participation by Japan in the ASEAN bloc this year, the economic body looks poised to eclipse the U.S. and perhaps even the EU as China’s primary source of export and import business:

Meanwhile, overall exports around the world have dropped for five consecutive months in 2012 on slowing demand in the West.   The expectation of a massive resurgence in consumer demand from the U.S. has been proven unfounded, while the recession in the EU is exacerbating the downturn.  U.S. exporters, who not long ago held dreams of foreign buyers clamoring for goods in the midst of Federal Reserve inflation and dollar devaluation, have discovered that they are instead floundering:

The mainstream claim is that this is due to a breakdown in general Chinese demand, but with exponential bilateral trade deals (many of which cut out the U.S. dollar completely as a reserve currency) being made between China and major producing and consuming countries, it is clear that this is not just a demand issue in China; it is an ongoing process of removal of the U.S. from the trading picture.  That is to say, China is deliberately reducing purchases of U.S. goods and turning towards BRIC and ASEAN partner countries to fill the void.  This may be the reason why China recently surpassed the U.S. as the top sanctuary for foreign investment:

A Treasury report on China’s status as a “currency manipulator” already due but now delayed until after the elections may become the catalyst for the final phase of the global shunning of American markets.  With China being presented as a primary issue during the presidential debates, it would seem that regardless of who “wins” the election there will be strain applied to Chinese trade relations.  

China’s incredible gold buying extravaganzas over the past few years (including an estimated 500 tons in 2011 and another 500 tons so far in 2012) indicate that they are indeed hedging against what they obviously expect will be devaluation in the dollar or multiple currencies around the world including the dollar.  India continues its long tradition of gold buying, while Russia is now increasing its reserves by half-a-billion dollars a month.  These are the actions of countries getting ready for a break in the financial system, not a recovery, and certainly not a return to the old days of American consumer bliss.

The argument over whether or not the BRICS and the rest of the world can drop the U.S. economy and move onward has, ultimately, been rendered obsolete.  Many will claim that a decoupling is impossible, but the fact remains that a decoupling is taking place.  The consequences of this fiscal divorce remain to be seen, and the mainstream could very easily predict disaster for the BRICS.  The real question they should be asking themselves, though, is which countries are better placed to survive such an event?  Is the U.S. economy really built to withstand a loss of the dollar as the world reserve currency?  Is the U.S. prepared for plummeting foreign investment and a reduction in its already dismal production capacity (production taking place by Americans on American soil, that is)?  Is the U.S. really ready for extreme inflation in imported goods (most of the goods we consume)?  Who really needs who more?  It is time for the pundits and average Americans alike to set aside their commercialized and subsidized fake patriotism and question how strong our economy truly is.  To ignore vast weakness today, is to feel vast pain tomorrow…

The Fall of America and the Rise of the American Spirit

It wasn't very long ago when the worldview of the United States was one of a country that represented justice, democracy, freedom and moral accountability, even if only in the minds of the naive. Unfortunately, not only does the U.S. no longer remind anyone of these values, but the mention of these values is now scorned by many ordinary Americans that have gobbled up the Military-Industrial-Complex paradigm of the fascist global government.

Many well-meaning people now scorn core American values. These are individuals who have been indoctrinated into accepting the perceived social 'norms.' They have been so psychologically programmed into the corporate fascist society they have never really considered deeper moral questions of why they stand for what they do; or how their positions and beliefs measure up historically.

The programming and deception is so strong that in some circles expressing enthusiasm about the U.S. Constitution is frowned upon and even mocked as primitive thinking.

Far too many people allow themselves to be consumed by often irrational drives carefully induced by the bombardment of programmed news, entertainment and propaganda. This knowledge and awareness of the programmed propaganda and ability to think on your own is proof of the global awakening that is happening. It is in this awakening of consciousness that each and every one of us will be able to change the course of history.



The country that was once the place to come to because you knew you would have a chance to flourish, get an education and the job of your dreams, is now the place for corporate and governmental implementation of global tyranny and oppression and exploitation of a voiceless people. The past spirit of America, however, is rising in response to the current challenge. Perhaps this is the natural course of history and social/political/cognitive evolution; we should expect empires to rise and fall as we travel through history and time.

Not long ago in America there was some hope for the poor and there was room for dissent; they say you never really appreciate what you have until it is taken away. In America, loss of freedom can now be felt. There was a time when there was a sense that if you can hold a politician accountable by asking the tough questions and demanding answers, that would be enough to keep them honest. Now politicians, in particular at the highest levels, carry on with no sense of accountability acting like they are essentially above the law. The founding fathers held that the order of supremacy included god first, then the people and then the State. Today in America's rising fascist state there is no question that the State comes first. This is fascism and is very un-American.

This warrants the question: Can a continued majority of a generation live a lifetime without connecting the dots? Or is the mass media effect on humanity coming to an end? Can this ongoing deception stand up to the global awakening and consciousness raising that humanity is experiencing? Will those who are deeply asleep in the matrix ever wake up? If so, how many will die, be illegally imprisoned, tortured and killed in the name of the global government before enough people awaken to stop this madness? This ultimately is the question.

Regardless of our future, this much is true: there was once a concept called the United States of America whose core values for survival of its union were based on sound principles. Principles that esteemed natural god-given rights for each individual (notwithstanding the ingrained racism and slavery that prevailed at the time) and felt it necessary to separate the powers of the State because this was seen as critical to for the prevention of tyranny. The founding fathers understood the dangers of powerful tyrannical governments and how they could destroy the country and the dreams of its citizens.

Today, we understand and heed these warnings. We understand that there is no life without human liberties; there is no joy without human rights; and there is no future when you fear the government. As a human race we will eventually come to this conclusion as many already have.

On March 23, 1775 Patrick Henry once famously said: “Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!”

These words will resonate in the hearts and minds of those Americans that pursue peace, love and justice forever. Many have said, "the answer to 1984 is 1776" and never has this been more true than now.

The fall of the United States and the rise of the 'U.S.' Global Empire happened slowly and incrementally, as this was part of their plan. The mass hypnosis we observe in America today was accomplished by slow incremental feeding of lies and propaganda designed to pacify Americans and appeal to their irrational drives. This slow incremental implementation of tyranny by feeding of lies and deception in myriad ways is described by some as the ‘boiling frog’ effect. This effect has caused people to willingly and gladly accept restrictions of their natural freedoms and Constitutional rights.


Likewise, in order to reverse this course, everyone who cares about truth must continue to fight the information battle and continue to do the things that will push us into the next level of consciousness. If we can induce the critical mass that the establishment is so afraid of, we will win this battle of information and get to the business at hand of restoring the United States of America back to where it was at one time.

Thankfully, history shows that these things do eventually change for the better. Humanity as a whole will eventually learn its lesson and reestablish the parameters for preventing this from happening again. History teaches that countries can be stolen and ideologies suppressed, but sound ideological and moral principles can also be recovered. 

Here’s to the political historical and conscious cycle of life and the hope of a new tomorrow.

Birthing the Divine Warrior

These are testing times. There is little doubt that the malevolent forces currently holding sway over our world are doing their damnedest to keep the lid on the rising tide of consciousness which will ultimately depose them.

The effect is tangible; as though a block is attempting to be placed on incoming energies that nourish the awakening process. As though such energies are being sucked out of the very air we breathe – leaving a kind of vacuum and that feeling one gets just before a thunderstorm when the atmospheric pressure draws back prior to unleashing its pent up energies.

Disoriented and strangely ‘up against it’. We may even experience the sense of loss of contact with the flow of higher guidance, moments of lethargy as well as mental disequilibrium.

Hold hard my friends. Draw in and earth your internal energies. Ride out the storm. It was never going to be easy.

Yes, here we are in the run up to those much anticipated dates of the winter solstice 2012 – and instead of being lifted aloft by higher vibrations – we may instead be feeling grounded, sore and glad enough to gain an occasional glimpse of the light!

Yet within the great game of Cosmic Lila that is the adventure called Life – what we are going through is a twenty first century manifestation of the ‘rights of passage’ of the warriors of old. The vortex we are now entering is forcing us to strip away the last vestiges of our worldly baggage that cannot be carried on our backs through this great metamorphosis that we are to undergo.



The healing and transformation process which is now upon us will not compromise its powers or soften its strength. No, we should be glad of this – even as the pain hits home. What we are being hit by is a combination of ‘man made’ consciousness suppressors and the curative fire of higher energies – and probably in approximately equal amounts.

Who ever said it was going to be a pleasurable rise into the gently setting sun?

In the vortex between two great spans of time is where we are privileged to now be travelling.

And all the while this vortex is pulling into itself the manifest events of our past history and crunching them into an ever expanding present, composed of both past and future.

Yes, we are on the inward moving outer spiral of veritable ‘black hole’. This great whirlpool is sucking and concentrating all of earthly history into a spiralling hour glass, and we, my friends, are going with it. For we too are cosmic entities that cannot be separated from the forces of the universal forces from which we are formed.

But what we can separate ourselves from is the foolish fixation upon an identity that is not ours. That is a false vessel sailing on a sea of phony propaganda, illusion and lies … and it is that vessel which is now about to hit the rocks and disintegrate into a thousand fragments, each of which will shout-out to be saved!

Don’t go to their rescue, brothers and sisters. Let them go. They are the useless detritus of our tainted past and are blockages to our present right of passage.

They want to keep you in your ‘comfort zone’ by sucking on your pranic corpuscles and enforcing upon you the illusion that, by sticking with status quo, you are ‘free’. Yes, free to choose a Big Mac or a Burger King, A Coke or a Fanta. An Apple or an IBM, a Ford or a Chevrolet. They want to convince you that what they stand for is ‘the real life’ and anything else is a dangerous and uncharted ocean upon which you should never be so foolish as to attempt to set sail.

Ah, but you and I have already set sail on that ocean and there is no turning back. We are sailing together on this ocean at this very moment and we are sailing straight into that great swirling vortex which strips and transforms our every cell into a crystalline diamond, thus laying bare the cosmic soul which is our essence.

How can it not be painful? How can we not meet the oncoming waves head-on?

Yet a voice is telling us that the pain is transitional and unavoidable. It is karmic pain. It is the macrocosmic pain of the microcosmic pain every woman passes through when giving birth. But now it is you who are giving birth, you are giving birth to the child of innocence that you are and to the Warrior you are to become!

The pain is relative to the degree to which we progressed down the ‘wrong path’ and acquired the burdensome baggage of our engagement with consumerism, vanity, arrogance, ambition and plain laziness.

All that stuff isn’t going to survive the inexorable centrifugal and centripetal forces into whose midst we are entering. So those who don’t want to part with their baggage will go down with it still strapped to their backs and will thereby become devoid of all natural buoyancy necessary to move beyond third density entrapment.

Lighten the load now, drop off the useless paraphernalia, work on the emotional clearing; shed the old skin; relight the sun at the solar plexus; open the compassionate heart to the forces of Love and the neo cortex to the crown of golden light that it is.

Then, when you are not looking, the Divine Surfboard will be slotted gently under your feet – a balancing pole placed smoothly into your hands and a loving Angelic arm slipped gently around your waist. Then, lo and behold, the black hole is black no more!

It is seen for what it truly is: a giant alchemical cosmic cleanser.

Wow, going into that? Yes, and into that ultimate cleansing energy that boils our beings down to the absolutely essential essence of “I am”. Only that remains as we surf on through the wormhole, guided by the Angel whose arm is gently and lovingly looped around our waist.

Ah yes, my friends, laugh! Laugh joyously! Laugh at the absurdly wonderful drama that is Life and soar where you will on this great and mysterious cosmic journey which is your birthright.

But understand that Ecstasy is the currency of Love and the fuel of Passion, and that these are Divine Assets. Divine Assets that will evaporate away at a moments notice if not immediately invested into the hands-on transformation of the mundane, politically, financially, ecologically and spiritually flawed world which we struggle to move through each day of our lives.

That is the first and foremost investment which we must make if we wish to tread the road to a higher consciousness. We are quite simply impelled to offer back to our Creator the fruits of that Godly potential which the Supreme Consciousness invested in us. We are here to realise those fruits. The investment of them into doing all we can to reclaim the sanctity of our precious planet is the most crucial input we can make in this life-time. Let no aware individual deny that it is his or her role to make such an investment the centrepiece of their lives.

To be effective in this mission, we must recognise that our entry into the cleansing vortex is enabling us to be re-birthed as the Divine Warriors which our planet is so urgently calling out for. Our field of engagement is planet Earth. Our antagonists are the oppressors of the Divine Spirit.

They still hold sway on this planet.

If we want to get to the Garden of Eden, we are going to have to be party to the eviction of those who are illegally occupying it. That is the prerequisite for enabling our planet to throw- off that which prevents its evolution – and our evolution - into fourth, fifth and sixth density consciousness. We cannot get there without it. It cannot get there without us.

We are organising ourselves as the Activists of the New Resistance for exactly this purpose and we cannot rest until our task is achieved.

We will not loose the Angelic arm that holds us lovingly around the waist so long as we are fully engaged in this supremely creative task. But turn away and allow ourselves to imagine that someone else will intervene on our behalf – and even the memory of the proceeding ecstasy will soon turn to ashes.

So, warmly embrace the role of the Divine Warrior that you are. Man and woman. We are entering into the supreme engagement together. The ultimate battle is to be fought on a unified front – and as you know – you are guided in the strategy to be deployed. And as you know, the first battle is with yourself. And as you know, one of the biggest battles is to rid yourself of fear. Or at least, to be able to ‘set fear aside’. And do not let the ghoulish entities deployed by the occult engineers stand in your way either. They are just malevolent masks that hide an empty soul.

Yes, dear friends, we are going forward together, no matter where we reside geographically in relation to each other. We are inexorably moving together, and in so doing are building the ultimate ‘resistance’ and we will not be easily deflected in our goal.

When we are called upon to fight, we will fight, in defence of Truth. When we are called upon to refuse to comply with the stultifying laws of man, we will refuse to comply with such laws. When we feel called upon to pray, we will pray. When we feel called upon to meditate, we will meditate: all out of commitment of a greater Truth being manifest on planet Earth.

We are well into the vortex of ‘no way back’. Yet our passage through this vortex leads us home. Funny, eh? Home is where we come from and where we are going to. Our right of passage is everything that lies in between, and our journey is both outward and inward, simultaneously. Always both - and that is a clue to great paradox of Life.

We are as trees. We grow from seed, both putting down roots and growing upward at the same time. So when in doubt – be a tree! Be the tree you are and grow down and up from the central plexus of your being. Bring Earth and Spirit into oneness.

From now on, our true strength will come from engagement with, and the ultimate defeat of, all that which, and those who, try to block the flowering of the Divine Truth which each of us holds within - and whose time has now come.

DECLINE, DECAY, DENIAL, DELUSION, & DESPAIR

The majority of Americans seem OK with just waddling through life, accepting the lies and misinformation blasted from the boob tube and their various iGadgets by their owners, gorging themselves to death on Twinkies and Cheetos, paying 15% interest on their $10,000 rolling credit card balance, and growing ever more dependent on the welfare/warfare state to provide and protect them from accepting personal responsibility for their lives. A minority of critical thinking people have chosen to question everything they see and hear being spewed at us by the propagandist mainstream media, the corporate fascist government, and the powerful banking cabal that has an iron grip upon our throats as they choke the life out of the global economy in their never ending desire for more riches and more power.
The decline of the Great American Empire cannot be attributed to one factor or one bogeyman. There are a multitude of factors, villains, and choices made by the American people that have led to our moral, civil, social, and economic decline. The kabuki theater that passes for our electoral process is little more than a diversion from our imminent fate. Neither candidate for President has any intention of changing the course of the U.S. Titanic. Our rendezvous with destiny has been charted, and there aren’t nearly enough lifeboats. Those who built the ship and recklessly navigated it into a sea of icebergs will be the 1st into the few lifeboats. The leaders we’ve chosen, the choices we’ve made, and our unwillingness to deal with facts and reality have set in motion a disaster that cannot be averted. It’s a shame the majority of Americans have the math aptitude of a 6th grader, because the unsustainability of our empire can be calculated quite easily. Math is hard for Americans, but denial and delusion are easy.    
Oddly, a couple of late September days in Wildwood NJ were able to crystalize many of the aspects of our cultural and economic decline in my mind. I should have just enjoyed the 72 degree temperatures, a few beers, and the freedom to read a book on my deck. I wish I was just oblivious to my surroundings, but my weekend in Wildwood NJ was an eye opener. Everywhere I turned I saw something that made me laugh, shake my head in disgust, or wonder how our government could have become so inane, incompetent and out of control. We all generalize based upon our preconceived beliefs, but sometimes what you see is what you get. The weekend started normally with a morning bike ride on the boardwalk with my wife and son to the Hereford lighthouse in North Wildwood. Along the way we passed the usual suspects on the boardwalk: the obese, the tattooed, the pierced, and the blue haired. I wish I was exaggerating, but I saw a dozen hoveround and rascal scooters carrying extremely obese Americans on par with this person:



If I wanted to be politically correct, I’d call the fat asses cruising on their “free” rascal scooters, the weight challenged disabled on their powered mobility enhancement vehicles. You know a trend has become a massive scam, when South Park dedicates an entire show to the shame of obesity and the scooter brigade. The majority of the scooter squad jamming up the boardwalk was less than 50 years old. They weren’t disabled. They were just too obese and lazy to wobble down the boardwalk to the next junk food joint. They were certainly in the right place. The Wildwood boardwalk is home to pizza topped with cheese fries, chocolate covered bacon, fried Oreos, funnel cake topped with powdered sugar, and 64 ounce sugar laced lemonade. The place would make Nanny Bloomberg’s head explode.

  





We’ve all seen the commercials for the Scooter store urging anyone on Medicare to rush in and get a power scooter or wheelchair “at little or no cost to you”. The entitlement “free shit” mentality permeates our culture. There is a cost and it is over $800 million per year, paid for by the 53% who pay Federal taxes.  Records from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services show that the cost of motorized scooters and wheelchairs to the government health service for senior citizens rose 179% between 1999 and 2009, the last year for which full records are available. This data is fascinating as the number of Americans over the age of 65 only increased by 18% over this same time frame. The bill in 1999 was $259 million; in 2009 it was $723 million – and is surely over $1 billion today. This is another billion dollar scam being funded by your tax dollars, but there are no spending cuts possible according to our beloved Congressmen.
A recent report by Medicare’s inspector general also showed that 61% of the motorized wheelchairs provided to Medicare recipients in the first half of 2007 went to people who didn’t qualify for them. (Only people who cannot get around without one are supposed to be eligible.) The inspector general found that Medicare is billed an average of $4,018 for a motorized wheelchair that normally sells for $1,048. As a taxpayer, you will be shocked to find out that people are selling their “no cost” Rascal 600 B mobility scooters on eBay. I’m sure the keen eyed government drones working in the Health & Human Services agency are policing the resale of taxpayer paid for scooters. I find it amusing that scooters have various naming classes, just like BMW and Mercedes. The vast majority of people I see tooling around on their “mobility scooters” are just plain fat. They aren’t over 65 years old. On my Sunday bike ride I was flabbergasted and amused by the sight of a 350 pound woman on a Rascal with the pedal to the metal pulling a 275 pound man in a wheelchair attached by rope. The plague of slow metabolism is sweeping the countryside. 



While I was relaxing on my deck reading and trying to blot out the nightmare visions of obese boomers in Rascal formation like German panzers invading Poland, a brand new SUV pulled into the parking lot across the street. After five minutes, the driver’s side door opened and out sidled a four foot five, two hundred and fifty pound female senior citizen in all her girth. She waddled to the back of the SUV and opened the hatch to extract her walker with wheels. She began berating the three hundred pound dude that got out of the passenger side to come and get his walker. Then she motored off towards Laura’s Fudge, while her hubby conserved his energy waiting by the SUV. Minutes later she scooted her way back hauling a sack of fudge. They then trundled off towards the boardwalk, most likely headed for Kohrs Bros for a double dipped fudge ice cream cone or some Boardwalk fries smothered in cheese. 

  

Based upon my unscientific assessment of the people walking on the Wildwood boardwalk, I would conclude that 35% of the people are obese, 40% are overweight by 20 or 30 pounds (myself included), and 25% are in relatively good shape. After checking the government statistics, my assessment appears to be accurate. Who is to blame? The easy answer is to just blame the individual for their lack of self-restraint and inability to contain their impulses. But when you consider that 160 million out of 232 million adults in this country are either overweight or obese, along with 11 million adolescents, there must be something more sinister behind the phenomenon. There is no doubt that a major portion of the blame must be laid at the fat feet of those who could have exercised restraint over their cravings, but the words of master propagandist Edward Bernays provides another factor in the equation:
“If we understand the mechanism and motives of the group mind, it is now possible to control and regiment the masses according to our will without them knowing it.” – Edward Bernays
   
Bernays reveals a truth that is self-evident to those with critical thinking skills. Sadly, few Americans exhibit any thinking skills whatsoever. Our society has bifurcated into those who control and those who are controlled. The overlord Double Plus Alphas in our society consist of the Wall Street banker cabal, the executives of our mega-corporations, Federal Reserve governors, Washington DC politicians, Federal government apparatchiks, the propaganda experts in the mainstream corporate media, and the secretive billionaire set that manipulate and maneuver behind the scenes. The first step in controlling the Gammas, Deltas and Epsilons, as Aldous Huxley knew in 1931, was to indoctrinate them with propaganda in our government run schools. This mission has been accomplished. The vast majority of school children graduate from the government school system with no ability to think critically or question what has been spoon fed to them as facts. The fascist alliance of corporations and the state begin in the public schools, with product advertisements by corporations now subsidizing school budgets. The road to obesity is paved with chicken nuggets, fries and pizza dispensed by the government schools on a daily basis.
Just as in Huxley’s Brave New World, America has been built upon the principles of Henry Ford’s assembly line—mass production, homogeneity, predictability, and consumption of disposable consumer goods. In the dystopian novel, members of every class, from birth, are indoctrinated by recorded voices repeating slogans while they sleep. Huxley didn’t imagine the power of TV and other mass media outlets to do the same while we are awake. We are bombarded day and night by propaganda from mega-corporations to buy their products. Mass consumption of processed food sold by the likes of multi-billion dollar corporations Kraft, Pepsico, Coca Cola, General Mills, Nestle, and Unilever is the chief cause of the obesity epidemic in America. The few know how to manipulate the many through messaging, repetition and persistently molding the opinions of the feeble minded non-thinking masses. The billions spent by corporations on advertising to convince the masses that eating a Wendy’s Baconator, KFC extra crispy bucket, or Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, washed down with a two liter Mountain Dew or Cherry Coke, is a tribute to the invisible government running the show. Huxley and Bernays had it all figured out eighty years ago:            
“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. …We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons…who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.” – Edward Bernays, Propaganda, 1928
The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the masses by the invisible government Alphas has transmuted citizens into overweight, non-thinking, debt dependent, egocentric consumers. This was not a mistake. The powerful interests used their control over the banking system, media outlets, and political system to lure the willfully ignorant into a debt financed lifestyle through the Federal Reserve created inflation, Wall Street peddled credit cards, auto loans and “creative” mortgages. The manipulators convinced the manipulated that borrowing today to buy houses, cars, bling, tech gadgets, clothing, and fast food was preferable to what previous generations of Americans had done – save to buy things they wanted or needed. This behavior seems to be completely irrational as a people that once saved 12% of their income and carried a moderate amount of debt chose to reduce their savings to 0% and not worry about tomorrow.
 
It is easier to understand when you realize who benefitted from this purposeful shift in societal norms. The low debt, high savings, production era from 1950 through 1980 benefitted the working middle class, allowing millions to improve their standard of living. The rising debt, low savings, consumption era, from 1980 through today, benefits the 1% Alphas while impoverishing the middle class and sentencing the lower class to a lifetime of dependent servitude to the state. Who benefitted from debt fueled conspicuous consumption and continues to benefit today? The peddlers of consumer debt on Wall Street and the mega-corporations that convinced Americans they couldn’t live without that 5,500 square foot McMansion, BMW X5, stainless steel appliances, 84 inch 3D HDTV, iPhone 5, diamond encrusted Coach handbag, and thousands of other Chinese made trinkets that pile up in underwater homes across the land, benefitted tremendously. The proliferation of debt resulted in obscene profits for the financial sector, record profits for the mega-corporations that shipped production to Asia in order to take advantage of the slave labor, and three decades of wage stagnation and increasing debt for the average working middle class American.    

The financialization of America was a conscious decision by the oligarchs. They controlled the issuance of credit. They controlled the currency and level of inflation inflicted upon the masses. They controlled the corporations selling consumer goods on credit. They controlled the Congress, courts, and government agencies with their deep pocket lobbying and buying of influence. Lastly, they controlled the media messages and molded the opinions and tastes of the masses through their Bernaysian propaganda techniques perfected over the decades. In one of the boldest and most blatant acts of audacity in world history, the Wall Street/K Street oligarchs wrecked the world economy in their insatiable thirst for profits, shifted their worthless debt onto the backs of taxpayers and unborn generations, threw senior citizens and savers under the bus by stealing $400 billion per year of interest from them, and enriched themselves with bubble level profits and bonus payouts. Meanwhile, median household income continues to fall, real GDP is stagnant, true unemployment exceeds 22%, and 47 million people are living on food stamps.   

The propaganda being flogged by the oligarchs since 2009 is the supposed deleveraging by the American consumer and trying to convince the ignorant masses to resume borrowing and spending. It’s working. Consumer credit outstanding is at an all-time high of $2.73 trillion as the Federal government has dished out billions in student loans to 50,000 University of Phoenix MBA aspirants sitting in their basements quivering with anticipation of on-line graduation and future six figure job with Goldman Sachs. The Feds have also added the impetus to the “strong” auto sales through their 85% TARP ownership of Ally Financial by doling out 7 year 0% auto loans to subprime borrowers in urban enclaves around the country. The oligarchs aren’t worried about these loans being paid back, because they are reaping the profits today. The future losses will just be foisted onto the taxpayer, as always. Total credit market debt of $55 trillion now exceeds 350% of GDP. The National Debt of $16.2 trillion will exceed $20 trillion in 2015 no matter who wins the Presidency in November. The oligarchs adapt and control whoever occupies the White House. It is essential for our owners to keep debt growing at an exponential rate or the Ponzi scheme collapses.
Narrow minded ideologues want a simple answer to a complex interaction of generational, cultural, economic, political, and criminal factors that have conspired to put the country into a predicament that, at this point, will inevitably lead to economic collapse. The truth is the American people have learned to love their servitude. They have willfully chosen ignorance over truth. They’ve chosen to believe what their keepers have instructed them. They’ve chosen to trust the storylines generated by the corporate media rather than think critically and question everything. They’ve chosen obesity and sickness over health. They’ve chosen debt financed faux wealth over savings based real wealth. They’ve chosen safety and security over liberty. They’ve chosen dependency over self-reliance. These choices were aided, abetted and promoted by the Alphas through their ability to manipulate and control the unthinking masses. Huxley understood the power of propaganda and brainwashing decades before it was perfected by our owners.  
“There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution.”Aldous Huxley
The saddest part of this episode of the Decline & Fall of the American Empire reality show is the continued delusion of the majority of the populace, as their desire for material goods and fair share of the entitlement pie outweighs their sense of obligation to their children and grandchildren. Their chosen ignorance is fulfilled through their attachment to their personal digital ignorance gadgets and supported by what passes for government education. The truth is obscured and hidden under waves of triviality, reality TV, and data manipulation by our government masters. The dystopian nightmare that engulfs our country has thus far resembled Huxley’s vision of a shallow populace easily distracted by consumerism, pleasure seeking, cultural trivialities, and a never ending ability to be distracted by meaningless minutia. Orwell’s darker vision of surveillance, captivity, information control, authoritarianism and pain will become the norm once the existing social order falls.   
“What Orwell feared were those who would ban books. What Huxley feared was that there would be no reason to ban a book, for there would be no one who wanted to read one. Orwell feared those who would deprive us of information. Huxley feared those who would give us so much that we would be reduced to passivity and egotism. Orwell feared that the truth would be concealed from us. Huxley feared the truth would be drowned in a sea of irrelevance. Orwell feared we would become a captive culture. Huxley feared we would become a trivial culture, preoccupied with some equivalent of the feelies, the orgy porgy, and the centrifugal bumblepuppy. As Huxley remarked in Brave New World Revisited, the civil libertarians and rationalists who are ever on the alert to oppose tyranny “failed to take into account man’s almost infinite appetite for distractions.” In 1984, Orwell added, people are controlled by inflicting pain. In Brave New World, they are controlled by inflicting pleasure. In short, Orwell feared that what we fear will ruin us. Huxley feared that our desire will ruin us.”Neil PostmanAmusing Ourselves to Death
I despair for my country that has chosen to eat, amuse and borrow itself to death. But my despair is deepest for my children and their future. The greed, corruption, myopia, selfishness, and disregard for the well-being of future generations by current and past generations has left a barren and bleak landscape for my children. The Huxley vision of America consuming and amusing itself to death is coming to a painful conclusion, as the limits of a fiat currency and debt based lifestyle become evident. Those in power are preparing the masses for a more Orwellian vision of America when they are forced to pull the plug on the existing paradigm. The Patriot Act, NDAA, military exercises in our cities, militarization of local police forces, warrantless surveillance of our communications, searches and seizures in our airports and train stations, purchase of millions of rounds of ammo by government agencies, implementation of drone technology, camera surveillance, attempts to control the internet, manipulation of economic data, and executive orders allowing the President to take over all commerce while imprisoning citizens indefinitely without charges, are the next step in our descent into a dictatorship of tears.
The question is whether we will stand idly by, fiddling with our gadgets, tweeting about Honey Boo Boo, or will we regain our sense of duty to the future generations of this country. The manipulators are powerful, rich, connected and FEW. Those being manipulated, controlled, and abused are MANY. There will be a revolution in this country whether you like it or not. The existing social order will dissolve during the next fifteen years. What replaces it is up to us. George Carlin described what our owners want.
“Politicians are put there to give you that idea that you have freedom of choice. You don’t. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important land, they own and control the corporations, and they’ve long since bought and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the State Houses, and the City Halls. They’ve got the judges in their back pockets. And they own all the big media companies so they control just about all the news and information you get to hear.
They’ve got you by the balls.
They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying to get what they want. Well, we know what they want; they want more for themselves and less for everybody else. But I’ll tell you what they don’t want—they don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That’s against their interest.”

Undeniable, American Civil War, it is in the Cards

You hear it only in whispers.  Americans, those who used to consider themselves liberal or conservative, urban or rural, all races, religions and ethnicities are whispering.
With America’s new laws, universal wiretapping, total supervision of the Internet, networks of informants throughout the population, there is a genuine fear, neither of invasion nor of collapse and starvation though those are seen as more than “probable.”


Americans are convinced they will, perhaps this month, this year, certainly soon, see a civil war.  These are no longer bluster, angry words spoken in the heat of the moment.  These are quiet words, carefully spoken behind closed doors between trusted friends.
Americans are afraid of their government, their laws, their police and they have been afraid too long.

There are groups that, for political gain, have always exploited fear, this is to be expected.  The “neocon” movement was built from wild conspiracy theories spread by the Fox/Murdoch empire and its cabal of hidden cohorts.  Fearful Americans voted in even more corrupt governments than usual and economic disasters were engineered, perhaps a bit of government terrorism too.

Americans we lulled into the complacency of sheep and, as they awakened, a few at a time, they saw how the visions and ideals they once held had disappeared.
What they didn’t know was that this dark time and the darker times to follow would, when seen in retrospect, seem as though they were a golden era.
There is real fear in America, strangely uniting people as only hopelessness can.
While America slept, thieves came in the night and stole her soul.  First the new laws, the foreign threats, terrorism, militias, extremism, Orwell’s 1984.
Then came the endless wars, more Orwellian nightmares followed by more laws, new bureaucracies, new humiliations, the author’s nightmares of a century past, Orwell and Kafka.
America went away.  It was replaced by “Fusion Centers” run by the Department of Homeland Security, where data on the behavior of everyone, children in school, gossip in the workplace, emails, telephone calls, all became fodder for analysis and classification.

This veteran is prone to violence, this church is a cult, this group is a militia, this meeting is a conspiracy.
This is one agency, there are 16.  This is only the “Fusion Center.”  The NSA (National Security Agency), NRO (National Reconnaissance Office) and 16 other agencies, all with undefined and overlapping powers, are spending billions on super computers to watch, to think, to predict and to, eventually, intervene.
“Capabilities” are being built to answer “threats” that have never existed and, as predicted, when the “Frankenstein monster” America has built is unleashed, it will have no duty but to turn on its unknowing creators.

Thus, every phone call, every email, every Facebook post, perhaps every glance or expression will be recorded and analyzed.
Orwell’s “Thought Police,” exist, 16 agencies full, and those are only those with Federal or national designations.  Each state, county, each city or town, all are accumulating heavy weapons, surveillance equipment, all a duplication of the Israeli model.

The worst part is Americans have forgotten how to deal with tyranny.  Americans met the British the way the Viet Cong and Taliban have met our own troops.
This was before 15 million Americans languished in prisons.  This was before a million police, indoctrinated, no, really “brainwashed,” fed on steroids, human growth hormone, sniper rifles, armoured cars and specialist gear of America’s elite special operations forces now “standard issue” for traffic police and meter maids, America has created a culture of power and oppression.

Behind the police is government, layer upon layer, each more corrupt than the last.  Behind the police are endless prisons and jails, many privately run, all as filthy and violent as any on earth, innocent and guilty alike share one thing in common, lack of money to buy their way to freedom.
Only the poor go to jail in America.

Sheriffs and police chiefs, judges and magistrates are empowered to fill the “for pay” prisons owned by corporations that finance their campaigns.
In America, sheriffs and judges are elected, nominated by the powerful, financed by those they are sworn to protect, the privileged classes, those of organized crime, the drug cartels, and, most of all, their political overlords who then serve a greater class of criminals, onward and upward until the elite bankers and moguls of world crime sit at their table and divide their spoils.

The grand criminal conspiracy tried to form their own political base.  It was called the “Tea Party” and many fell for the message of hate and divisiveness from Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann and their masters, the Koch Brothers, those whose exist through bleeding America dry by manipulating fuel prices.
“Occupy,” a real America activist movement, the best of America, hope, ideals, intelligence, clearly recognizing the true enemy and resisting tyranny, certainly worthy but, call me a cynic, and I am certainly that, but two generations bred for complacency and, little are they aware, slaughter, too many stood by and did nothing.

Moreover, tyranny and violence came out in force, rights to free assembly and speech had long disappeared and no one had been there to notice.  Worse still, more openly sold those rights for nothing more than the promise of security, with only those of intellect, fewer each day it seems, aware that the enemy was and is…us.
As things are now, in very real “America,” rural, urban, black, white, Jews and Gentiles, there is a feeling that it is wise to be armed.

There is also a need to be organized and also a fear, knowing that no group of any kind is safe if it is legally armed, organized and openly advocating a return to real representative government and the very minimal safeguards of a constitution even fewer realize is long outdated.
It has gone further.  In regions of the United States, people live in actual terror of their government.  Knowing I am speaking to a largely international audience, such a statement may seem almost humorous.  Imprisonment for crimes of thought or for exercising dissent are commonplace in most of the world.
America really was very different and, I can only hope, there are Americans out there who are as concerned as I am.

What has made this situation so pervasive is orchestrating of complacency, of submission, the acceptance of fear and hopelessness that pervades many.
Conversely, there is an equal and opposite culture of brutality, of indifference to human values, of feeling, of respect and honor, a disrespect for truth, for rights of the individual, a need to oppress the weak and defend the powerful
We have bred, it seems, a race of sociopaths, be they cartel “hit men” or corrupt police or guards at military prisons, perhaps even well paid contractors loading planes with narcotics to destroy the lives of our children, they are our creation.

Jim Morrison of the Doors once sang “They’ve got the guns, we’ve got the numbers.”
Morrison died in a bathtub in Paris many years ago, I visit his grave periodically.  The stone bust has long been removed as much as his message has been forgotten.
The balance has well changed, they have the guns and they have the numbers, “we” no longer seem to exist, not a “we” that respects liberty and honor anyway.
The military, through its service academies, West Point, Annapolis and the Air Force Academy, actually purposefully endeavor to mold a race of military leaders that function more as insects than humans.
There are exceptions, but they live in the shadows and are cowed into silence.
Funny thing, our papers are filled with Syria, how their government is “repressing the revolution” with violence.  Were Americans to rise up and demand real freedom, there is little doubt nuclear weapons would be unleashed.

Do make a note of that.

Last night was the first presidential debate, part of an election year ritual that first began in 1960, the year of the Kennedy/Nixon election.   Great issues stood before Americans, or so most believed, racial divides, pervasive religious discrimination, rural poverty and disease, urban decay, a crumbling manufacturing base, America under Eisenhower had stagnated.

American elections are much like wars or sporting events.  People choose teams for reasons none understand, vilify the opposition, show loyalty to the “home team,” whether a game or one of the endless wars that have sapped the economies and futures of this small planet since man first emerged, from a tree, a cave or from a scriptural paradise.

Now, it is all falling apart.  Old divisions are no longer believable.  Old ideals of hard work, saving for the future have proven to bring only poverty and hopelessness.  Ideals of justice and honor, of truth, these things have become a joke.

Americans that choose religious faith find themselves guided into extremism and hatred.  Those who choose rational problem solving, who choose to seek solutions, inevitably sink into cynicism and bitterness.
America has sought leaders to stand for the people.  They are killed, “lone gunmen,” or plane accidents, some are imprisoned, some simply destroyed  through a deluge of laundered drug money, America’s new “currency of violence” as per the ruling of the Supreme Court of the United States in the case of Citizens United.

If a new leader arises, he or she will be of sterner stuff, merciless and cruel.  This is also what is whispered behind closed doors.
It is my suspicion that a Romney presidency would bring it about, a war in Iran, a return to compulsory military service, elimination of universal education, massive homelessness, a nation pushed into decay as we see a “short sale” on America, a nation broken up and peddled off wholesale, as Romney has done so many times before.

I remember my first visit to the Tower of London.  The tours have been the same for generations.  The part that sticks, for me at least, is the idea of “hanging, drawing and quartering,” followed by placing the head of the traitor on a “pike” at the gate.
The tales of the Beefeaters at the Tower, meant to shock the American tourists no longer seem as out of place.

America Has Already Collapsed

Many of us in the liberty movement find ourselves searching for a distinct root cause of the trials and tribulations of American culture — the Holy Grail catalyst that, if unraveled, would save this country and heal the septic wounds covering the landscape of our hobbled society. The obvious answer would be to remove the global elites who are poisoning the well from the picture entirely. Yes, this has to be done eventually. However, we must also identify how those elites have been able to so thoroughly con the masses of this nation for so long.

What inherent weakness has made us susceptible to manipulation? For this question, there are NO easy answers. But, if I had to choose a single frailty of our collective psyche as paramount to our downfall, I would say that Americans most of all are confounded by their own patriotism. We often embrace the ideal without knowing what it really means.

There are in fact two kinds of patriotism: the concrete, and the imagined. Many Americans fall haphazardly into the fantasy of being patriotic. They define patriotism upon the exploits of the mainstream and of the government in control at the time. They become cheerleaders for the establishment instead of stalwart champions of their country’s founding principles. In fact, true patriotism is NOT about blindly defending one’s nation or leadership regardless of its trespasses; true patriotism is about defending the philosophy that made one’s nation possible and prosperous in the first place — even if that means standing against the power structure in place today.

I often hear the uneducated and unaware claim that America and its principles have been a bane to the rest of the world. They say America is at the center of the vampire squid, flailing its vicious tentacles against innocent foreign civilizations. This is an oversimplification at best. The crimes that these well-meaning but naïve activists scorn cannot be attributed to “America” because the American ideal has been completely abandoned by those in the seat of power in our modern era. We do not live in “America” — at least, not the America that the Founding Fathers and authors of the Constitution created. Therefore, the original philosophy that gave birth to America is not the issue, the abuse and neglect of that philosophy is.



America has been ransacked and deformed into a hideous lampoon of its former self. This has been done for the most part through the destruction of the guiding principles we pretend we still hold onto as a culture, but in reality have cast aside. If we are ever to undo the damage that has already been done, we have to rediscover what the original design of America was. Wailing and growling about the inadequacies of the present does nothing unless we also establish where it is that we have fallen from grace. What is America supposed to be? What did the Founders truly intend?

America Is Supposed To Be Controlled By The People

The concept of a Republic revolves around a reversal of the traditional narrative of power. Throughout most of history, government stood at the top of the pyramid, where the hands of a few dominated the destinies of the citizenry. The future was a matter for the elites, not the peasants, to be concerned with. The American Republic, as designed by the revolutionary colonists who defeated the old oligarchy (at least for a time), flipped the role of government to servant rather than master. The goal was to make government tangible and accountable rather than abstract and untouchable. The America of today has no such accountability anymore.

We have a two-party system that pursues the mechanizations of globalism in tandem, not in contest. When both parties have the same desires and goals, when both parties collude to remove civil liberties rather than protect them, and when both parties are funded by the same corporate backers, there is no such thing as change through the process of elections. Anyone who claims that government corruption can be punished through the ballot box hasn’t the slightest clue how our system really functions. They think we are still living in the original “America,” one that values the voice of the people.

When the government decides to push through banker bailouts, the Patriot Act, the National Defense Authorization Act, etc., all while ignoring opposition by a vast majority of citizens, it is clear that the paradigm has shifted and the American value of representation by and for the people is lost.

America Is Supposed To Prosper Through Free Markets

One of the first acts of the American Revolution in the fight against British tyranny was to decouple from British economic dominance. They stopped relying on goods produced in England and peddled by the European merchant class and began making their own. From homespun clothing to homemade rifles, Americans created a legitimate free-market environment. Free markets are systems controlled by the people, thriving on the natural functions of supply and demand. They are not administered by bureaucracies or corporate hierarchies that manipulate the economy to fit preconceived political and social ends.

Free markets are decentralized markets. Corporations, which obstruct decentralization, were never meant to exist according to Adam Smith, the architect of traditional free markets. Today’s framework operates on centralization and the removal of options and choices, which is facilitated by the imbalance and lack of accountability in the corporate legal structure.

I have to laugh every time I hear someone attack “capitalism” and free markets as the source of all our ills. America has not had the pleasure of free markets for at least 100 years (since the construction of the private Federal Reserve, a collusion between banking and government interests). No one alive today has ever seen an actual American “free market” beyond community barter, so to blame free markets for our modern failings is rather thoughtless. To summarize, the U.S. economy is nothing like what the founders envisioned and fought for.

America Is Supposed To Have A Reserved Foreign Policy

The Founding Fathers specifically sought to keep America out of foreign entanglements and haphazard alliances. They knew from experience that the elites and monarchies of Europe often used wars as a means of consolidating power and keeping populations in relative fear. They were well aware of the methodologies of Niccolo Machiavelli and knew that forced alliances were a trap used to ensnare nations into unnecessary conflict and financial dependency while keeping the masses subservient through false patriotism.

Today, our government has utterly violated the original principles of reserved foreign policy, especially in the past century. The excuse always used is that “we are under attack,” yet we usually discover later that these “attacks” were actually fabricated by our own leaders. From the sinking of the USS Maine, to the sinking of the Lusitania, to the Gulf of Tonkin and beyond, for the past 100 years, Americans have been presented with false flag threats used as leverage to convince us to become entangled in foreign engagements. This strategy has become so common that elitists now openly admit their intentions to commit future false flags in order to draw us into yet another war, this time with Iran.

The current policy of “exporting democracy” has not only been a complete failure (just look at Egypt, Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.), it is also a total affront to the foundation of the American dynamic. Patriotism in the name of interventionism is foolhardy and decidedly un-American.

America Is Supposed To Respect Individual Rights

The Founders witnessed the extreme abuses of government firsthand: invasion of privacy, invasion of property, wrongful arrest and imprisonment, loss of representation, overt and malicious taxation, thuggish law enforcement, and the targeting of those who dared to dissent in their speech. The excuse used by the British for their tyrannical behavior was, essentially, national security. In the end, though, the elites’ actions had nothing to do with security for the populous and everything to do with what they saw as opposition to their hegemony. Our government has become a mirror image of the elitist power-mongers of Britain in the days of the revolution. Absolutely everything the colonists fought against has been re-established by the globalists in our political structure today, once again, all in the name of national security.

We have seen the enslavement of our money supply and general economy by the Federal Reserve; invasive and violent taxation through the Internal Revenue Service; loss of privacy through the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance and the Patriot acts; loss of property rights through multiple agencies including the Bureau of Land Management, the Environmental Protection Agency, the IRS, the Food and Drug Administration, etc. (who claim their tightening fist is for our own safety, yet they constantly overlook corporate misdeeds that put the public in true danger while pummeling average citizens for minor or non-existent offenses); the militarization of law enforcement through the Department of Homeland Security and Federally dominated fusion centers; potential loss of Habeas Corpus through the NDAA; and even wrongful arrest against those who merely speak openly of their discontent (look into the case of Marine veteran Brandon Raub for a taste of what lay ahead).

What Have We Become?

Those who rally behind the modern concept of America rally behind a façade — an empty shell devoid of the heart and soul that gave life to this once great experiment. I do not support what America is. I support what America was and what it could be again if the truth is adequately smashed into the faces of the currently oblivious public. If this country is content to suckle from the putrid teat of globalism and forsake the moral force of conscience that gave it life, then it has become another place — an alien land.

I have heard the argument that America is meant to be a kind of chameleon built to change its stripes and adapt to the demands of the era. I have heard it argued that the Constitution and the principles of the Founding Fathers are outdated and inadequate for our new age of technological wizardry and terrorist ideologies. This is pure intellectual idiocy. The principles of freedom never expire. Individual liberty is inherent and eternal. It is the driving force of every great accomplishment in the history of mankind. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights embody the spirit of that eternal battle of individual liberty. There is no adaptation. There is only freedom or tyranny.

It is time for us to decide what kind of Americans we wish to be: the deluded rah-rah puppets of a desiccated totalitarian society, or the watchmen on the wall. Will we be the keepers and protectors of the vital core of the American identity, or will we be fly-by-night consumers of the flavor-of-the-day political carnival, eating every tainted sample from the elitist platter in an insane attempt to replace our free heritage with a sleek, sexy, rehashed form of top-down feudalism?
