Utah Re- Establishes Constitutional Money

Two-thousand miles away from Washington, Utah sent a strong message yesterday that the nation’s monetary system is dysfunctional. A bill authorizing gold and silver as legal tender passed the statehouse and with the governor’s signature will become law. This pushback against the Federal Reserve was truly a bottom-up effort, initiated by a group of activists and two freshman legislators keenly aware that the debt-based dollar is a significant drag on the U.S. economy. And it paves the way for more grassroots efforts to challenge the status quo and Ben Bernanke, something previously unthinkable.

In addition to recognizing gold and silver coins as money, the Utah Sound Money Act provides a credit against their capital gains tax liability and instructs a legislative committee to study the establishment of an alternative legal tender system in the state. This legislation is not only a response to the decline of the dollar, but also rooted in the founders’ idea about money which was inscribed in Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution: no state shall “make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts.”

The federal government abided by this for most of the nation’s history, using hard money in one form or another. The last breaking point was Richard Nixon’s 1971’s measure to suspend the international convertibility of the dollar to gold, a move of desperation that was supposed to be temporary but grew into a policy in its own right defined by the economic micromanagement of the Federal Reserve. Since then, the Fed rather than the marketplace has effectively determined the money supply, leaving a slew of misjudgments that you would expect from a board of economists trying to do the market’s job for it. The paper money system has thus produced lower economic growth, higher unemployment, and higher interest rates.

Gold has historically been the top-ranked monetary commodity for the U.S. and the rest of the world because it lends itself so well to the ideal characteristics of money: limited in supply, recognizable as wealth, and indestructible. Its production tends to be in sync with long-term economic growth, making it the most appropriate constraint on money creation. Currency backed by gold fulfills money’s uses as a medium of exchange, unit of account, and store of value.

History and practicality aside, journalists and policymakers are not below mocking gold as quaint or trivial. Running underneath that is a relatively new interpretation of money as just a mysterious thing rather than a sacred idea. The volatility of the dollar’s value since gold was demonetized has helped strip out the notion of integrity in money. Now it is just another commodity, a market variable, and even a political weapon. Workers, consumers and savers are left to figure out how to manage its fluctuating value with only the assurance of the Fed. The FDIC estimates that more than 25 percent of households in this country are unbanked or underbanked, leaving them with no financial protection against inflation.

With this in mind, Utah took the first step in doing what it could to protect itself against further deterioration of the dollar. The bill’s House sponsor, Republican Brad Galvez, called it “a step in preparedness, a step in security that allows us to be able to hold up our economy as the dollar continues to shrink.” Larry Hilton, a lawyer who drafted the proposal and championed it, said, “Even if our nation is fortunate enough to sidestep the really calamitous consequences our current fiscal and monetary policies engender, sound money just makes sense for Utahns, and all Americans for that matter. It provides the means to opt out of the insidious ‘inflation tax’ that has deprived so many globally of vast amounts of personal wealth.”

The bill has implications across the country. Utah is the first state to pass legislation to counter the Fed, but a dozen others have already proposed similar bills, including Iowa and South Carolina. If more of these states seize on the traction Utah is providing, it would show a groundswell of support for reforming the monetary system. Tea party activists, many of whom are new to politics, have immersed themselves in study of the values of the American founding and the principles of classical economics. Gold-backed money is rooted in both spheres, which is why it is starting to bubble up to the surface of American politics. So used to accepting the deeply-flawed monetary system as beyond the reach of reform, Washington should pay close attention.

Emergent: Six Nuclear Meltdowns Possible From Japan Quake Damage

It is being reported today that the possibility exists for six nuclear reactors in Japan to have catastrophic melt down.

If these reactors can not be cooled sufficiently a core meltdown is a very real possibility. If this disaster is not contained it may spew dangerous radioactive particles into the jet stream where the particles will contaminate all life in the pacific and the western shores of Canada and the United States (Click on the Side map for possible senario).

Needless to say this would be a catastrophic event. We will be watching these developments very closely and pray the Japanese officials have success.

See latest news from RT below.

The greatest danger to human life in this disaster is the uptake of radioactive iodine that is produced from these emergencies.

The body naturally absorbs iodine and stores it in the thyroid gland for future thyroid hormone production. Once the body has satisfied iodine storage it will not take up further iodine. If the body stores this radioactive Iodine it will result in the death of the thyroid gland and possible cancer and bone marrow failure causing anemia or lack of blood production and loss of immunity to fight infection from even harmless organisms.

In the event of Nuclear emergency it is important to add iodine to the body before exposure to prevent internal radiation damage.

I have looked at the current internet supply of Potassium Iodide disappear very quickly. There are, however, natural alternatives that can supply you with protective physiological Iodine.

Plants, especially sea vegetation such as, from highest concentration to lowest:

Kelp

Arame

Hiziki

Kombu

Wakame

Other more common but lower concentrations of terrestrial sources of Iodine are:

Potato skins,

strawberries,

cranberries,

navy beans,

dairy products.

Demonic Corpacracy In the United States

It is time that Corporations start treating the Gods of their creation a lot better than they have been? The media would have you believe that the Chinese or folks in India, or some far off land, are the reason for unemployment in this country. They would even have you believe that these foreign people, love making shotty products that break as soon as you get them home because they are the ones that want you to run out and buy more so they can keep their jobs. You might even believe that these forigners are deliberatly trying to poison you through addition of toxins in the manufacture of these imported products because they hate your freedoms. I hate to break it to some of you who may still be stuck in the belief that the propaganda you have been fed is true, but it is not.

So who is to blame? Maybe it's those radical Muslims? wrong again. Well, maybe it's those darn progressive liberal and labor unions that have killed this countries economy? Although labor unions are certainly just as full of corruption as government, many union people I have known over the years are hard working Americans hoping to gain some sense of prosperity for themselves and their children, as you and I, in a land of the American dream. I find that morally, they should have the right to bargain a salary with their employers, as you should have the right to do with yours. What about the illegal immigrants that use up our social services? To blame the poor and disenfranchised is short sighted and the mark of someone who obviously does not see the big picture. It must be the fault of those greedy TEA "baggers"? Also a short sighted view, as most folks that belong to the TEA party are truly concerned about individual freedom and choice and resist the control of government in their life. Many in the TEA party understand that government is corrupt and shake their heads in disbelief that their progressive liberal friends would ask such a corrupt entity to control the actions of free men. It is a well documented military strategy called divide and conquer at play here. They would rather have you at eachothers throats than allow you to see who the real enemy is.

So who is to blame? It is the Corporations that your society has created and the International Banking interests that control the Federal Reserve and global Central Banking that are truly responsible for all these things and the endless conflicts across the globe we currently struggle with.

Corporations are simpley legally created entities, and as such, owe their existance to the people of whom the legal system belongs to. Government corruption, through contributions and payoffs, has allowed these legally created entities, run by megalomaniacal sociopaths, to usurp the will of the people for the profit and power of the few at the expence of the many. These are the people that have received the bailouts, these are the people who profit from oil and stocks more than anyone involved on Wall Street. They are the ones that make rules that control you. Don't beleive it? What is your credit score? has it gone down because you havn't made your payments on time, or wait, have you made them too quickly? As the golden rule on Wall Street goes, "Those that have the Gold make the rules".

The corruption goes so deep that the Supreme Court of the United States itself has granted them personhood and rights as persons and with such rights, interfere in the writing and approval of legislation that effects every person in this country. Look at how just the oil industry rewrote the laws of clean air and clean water to enable them to usurp those laws in order to profit. The legislative branch or Congress of the United States has passed laws that give these Corporations the ability to use loopholes that have been made for them to allow them to get out of paying taxes in the Trillions that you and I have been unconstitutionally forced to pay. Then these Corporations use this wealth to buy cooperation for their self centered agenda.

Through the mask of free trade, they have also been allowed to take advantage of the poorest populations in the world all for the sake of control, profit and power at the expense of the productivity and happiness of the people who's system has given them life. It is corporate control of the middle east and it's resources that have fanned the flames of radicalism in Islam today. If we allow ourselves to look beyond our long held prejudices and misconceptions we will find that the real reason we are losing our freedoms to terrorism is more about Corporate foreign policy than purely about radical Islam. If we choose to really examine history we will find that the same words that are being used to describe Islam were used to describe the Japanese during WWII. The faces have changed but the words stay the same.

I find it quite interesting that the Fourteenth Amendment, the Amendment that was suppose to protect minorities with equal protection under the law has been the legal tool used to slowly enslave us all under Corporate rule. It is the Fourteenth Amendment that has been used countless times to argue in court that Corporations should be protected as persons and the basis for the Supreme Court decision allowing Corporate personhood. Just as the "law" made a person into a thing, as in slavery, it has now made a thing into a person, against our own good common sense and decency as a civilization. Remember the legal mantra, "It might not be right, but it's legal". However, also remember that everything that was done in Nazi Germany under Adolph Hitler, was also legal.

Speaking of Law, our founding fathers had a certain perspective on taxation. The prism from which they viewed taxes was based on the inequities of the British taxation system. Hence, although no state could survive without the ability to raise money through taxation, that taxation should be equitable and fair across the board. Taxation was based on percentage of profit and in the early United States you could only profit from real property or Capital (also known as the means of production). Income from ones own physical labor was seen, not as profit, but trade or barter of time and was never subject to direct taxation.

Pollock v. Farmers' Loan & Trust Company, 157 U.S. 429 (1895)was a landmark case in which the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that the unapportioned income taxes on interest, dividends and rents imposed by the Income Tax Act of 1894 were, in effect, direct taxes, and were unconstitutional because they violated the provision that direct taxes be apportioned. The decision was allegedly nullified in 1913 by Sixteenth Amendment to the US Constitution, curiously the same year as the creation of the evil Federal Reserve Sytem. To this day there is some disagreement about the actual ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment. The only entity that should pay federal taxes are the corporations themselves as is outlined in the Constitution, however, their failure to pay, is an injustice to all Americans.

Income tax, and with it, The IRS, as we can plainly see from the writings of our founding fathers, should be outlawed altogether because of it's intrinsic immorality and unconstitutionality. I would remind the reader that although there are many in legal circles and academia that would say the constitution should be left to legal scholars, the Constitution was written as a guide for the average citizen of the rules in which their government should operate. The Federal Reserve's control of the Value of our currency is also unconstitutional because our founding fathers did not intend for us to pay interest on our own money.

Being that Corporations are our creations of our society, there must be some ground rules to their continued existence. They must employ people from the country whose laws created them and must adhere to the laws that the people have created and they must not have say in this process because they are not entitled. Only private individuals are free to conduct business as they please as long as the rights of people are not violated in doing so. Corporations are not people and must be treated as useful work animals for the benifit of society. Injustice anywere is a threat to justice everywhere.

When the avenues of peaceful change disappear, the people will have no choice than resort to violent change in order to ensure their God given right to Liberty and Justice. That time is coming to an end.

Prepare For Global Economic Disaster

It is not just the United States that is headed for an economic collapse. The truth is that the entire world is heading for a massive economic meltdown and the people of earth need to be warned about the coming economic disaster that is going to sweep the globe. The current world financial system is based on debt, and there are alarming signs that the gigantic global debt bubble is getting ready to burst. In addition, global prices for the key resources that the major economies of the planet depend on are rising very rapidly. Despite all of our advanced technology, the truth is that human civilization simply cannot function without oil and food. But now the price of oil and the price of food are both increasing dramatically. So how is the current global economy supposed to keep functioning properly if it soon costs much more to ship products between continents? How are the billions of people that are just barely surviving today supposed to feed themselves if the price of food goes up another 30 or 40 percent? For decades, most of the major economies around the globe have been able to take for granted that massive amounts of cheap oil and massive amounts of cheap food will always be there. So what happens when that paradigm changes?

At last check, the price of U.S. crude was over 104 dollars a barrel and the price of Brent crude was over 115 dollars a barrel. Many analysts fear that if the crisis in Libya escalates or if the chaos in the Middle East spreads that we could see the all-time record of 147 dollars a barrel broken by the end of the year. That would be absolutely disastrous for the global economy.

But it isn't just the chaos in the Middle East that is driving oil prices. The truth is that oil prices have been moving upwards for months. The recent revolutions in the Middle East have only accelerated the trend.

Let's just hope that the "day of rage" being called for in Saudi Arabia later this month does not turn into a full-blown revolution like we have seen in other Middle Eastern countries. The Saudis keep a pretty tight grip on their people, but at this point anything is possible. A true revolution in Saudi Arabia would send oil prices into unprecedented territory very quickly.

But even without all of the trouble in the Middle East the world was already heading for an oil crunch. The global demand for oil is rising at a very vigorous pace. For example, last year Chinese demand for oil increased by almost 1 million barrels per day. That is absolutely staggering. The Chinese are now buying more new cars every year than Americans are, and so Chinese demand for oil is only going to continue to increase.

Much could be done to increase the global supply of oil, but so far our politicians and the major oil company executives are sitting on their hands. They seem to like the increasing oil prices.

So for now it looks like oil prices will continue to rise and this is going to result in much higher prices at the gas pump.

Already, ABC News is reporting that regular unleaded gasoline is going for $5.29 a gallon at one gas station in Orlando, Florida.

The U.S. economy in particular is vulnerable to rising oil prices because our entire economic system is designed around cheap gasoline. If the price of gas goes up to 5 or 6 dollars a gallon and it stays there it is going to have a catastrophic effect on the U.S. economy.

Just remember what happened back in 2008. The price of oil hit an all-time high of $147 a barrel and then a few months later the entire financial system had a major meltdown.

Well, as the price of oil rises it is going to create a whole lot of imbalances in the global financial system once again.

This is definitely a situation that we should all be watching.

But it is not just the price of oil that could cause a global economic disaster.

The global price of food could potentially be even more concerning. As you read this, there are about 3 billion people around the globe that live on the equivalent of 2 dollars a day or less. Those people cannot afford for food prices to go up much.

But global food prices are rising. According to the United Nations, the global price of food has risen for 8 consecutive months. Last month, the global price of food set a brand new all-time record high. Many are starting to fear that we could actually be in the early stages of a major global food crisis.

The price of just about every major agricultural commodity has been absolutely soaring during the past year....

*The price of corn has doubled over the last six months.

*The price of wheat has more than doubled over the past year.

*The price of soybeans is up about 50% since last June.

*The price of cotton has more than doubled over the past year.

*The commodity price of orange juice has doubled since 2009.

*The price of sugar is the highest it has been in 30 years.

Unfortunately, the production of food in most countries around the world is very highly dependent on oil, so as oil goes up in price this is going to make the food crisis even worse.

Hold on to your hats folks.

Also, as I have written about previously, the world is facing some very serious problems when it comes to water. Due to the greed of the global elite, there is not nearly enough fresh water to go around. The following are some very disturbing facts about the global water situation....

*Worldwide demand for fresh water tripled during the last century, and is now doubling every 21 years.

*According to USAID, one-third of all humans will face severe or chronic water shortages by the year 2025.

*Of the 60 million people added to the world’s cities every year, the vast majority of them live in impoverished slums and shanty-towns with no sanitation facilities whatsoever.

*It is estimated that 75 percent of India's surface water is now contaminated by human and agricultural waste.

*Not only that, but according to a UN study on sanitation, far more people in India have access to a mobile phone than to a toilet.

*In northern China, the water table is dropping one meter per year due to overpumping.

These days, one of the trendy things to do is to call water "the oil of the 21st century", but unfortunately that is not a completely inaccurate statement. Fresh, clean water is something that we all need, but right now world supplies are getting tight.

Our politicians and the global elite could be doing something about this if they really wanted to, but right now they seem perfectly fine with what is happening.

On top of everything else, the sovereign debt crisis is worse than it has ever been before.

All of the major global central banks have been feverishly printing money in an attempt to "paper over" this crisis, but it is not going to work.

Must Americans don't realize it, but right now the continent of Europe is a financial basket case. Greece and Ireland would have imploded already if they had not been bailed out, and now Portugal is on the verge of collapse. The interest rate on Portugal's 10-year notes has now been above 7% for about 3 weeks, and most analysts believe that it is only a matter of time before they are forced to accept a bailout.

Sadly, if the entire global economy experiences a slowdown because of rising oil prices, we could see half a dozen European nations default on their debts if they are not bailed out.

For now the Germans seem fine with bailing out the weak sisters that are all around them, but that isn't going to last forever.

A day or reckoning is coming for Europe, and when it arrives the reverberations are going to be felt all across the face of the earth. The euro is on very shaky ground already, and whether or not it can survive the coming crisis is an open question.

Of course there are some very serious concerns about Asia as well. The national debt of Japan is now well over 200% of GDP and nobody seems to have a solution for their problems. Up to this point, Japan has been able to borrow massive amounts of money at extremely low interest rates from their own people, but that isn't going to last forever either.

As I have written about so many times before, the biggest debt problem of all is the United States. Barack Obama is projecting that the federal budget deficit for this fiscal year will be a new all-time record 1.65 trillion dollars. It is expected that the total U.S. national debt will surpass the 15 trillion dollar mark by the end of the fiscal year.

Shouldn't we have some sort of celebration when that happens?

15 trillion dollars is quite an achievement.

Most Americans cannot even conceive of a debt that large. If the federal government began right at this moment to repay the U.S. national debt at a rate of one dollar per second, it would take over 440,000 years to pay off the national debt.

But the United States is not alone. The truth is that wherever you look, there is a sea of red ink covering the planet.

The current global financial system is entirely based on debt. If the total amount of debt does not continually expand, the system will crash. If somehow a way was found to keep this system going perpetually (which is impossible), the size of global debt would keep on increasing infinitely.

Now the World Economic Forum says that we need to grow the total amount of debt by another 100 trillion dollars over the next ten years to "support" the anticipated amount of "economic growth" around the world that they expect to see.

The entire global financial system is a gigantic Ponzi scheme. It is designed to keep everyone enslaved to perpetual debt. If at some point the debt spiral gets interrupted in some significant way, we are going to witness an economic disaster that is going to make what happened in 2008 look like a Sunday picnic.

The more research that one does on the current global economic situation, the more clear it becomes that we are absolutely doomed.

So people of earth you had better get ready.

An economic disaster is coming.

Population Reduction Through Designed Economic Collapse

by John Galt

In case you haven’t noticed, the great culling of humanity is taking place right now. Unfortunately, preparation needs to begin for two gloomy scenarios: slow economic collapse, or catastrophic demolition.

According to the elite's own admission, Corporation Earth is bankrupt and bloated and must be downsized. In other words, that which mathematically cannot continue, will not continue; and it's time to cut the fat.

Banksters and the oil cartel appear to be taking the lead to bring about the final phase of a long-range plan. Wall Street is driving up prices for essentials like food and energy to the breaking point, which is shaking every nation on earth to its core. The effect of such manipulation seems destined to lead toward a severe reduction in numbers of the human population, and a tightening of control over those who remain.

Even strong developing nations with economic surpluses like China and India are faltering in the face of such manipulated increases. Regions ill-equipped to cope with food shortages, but are oil-rich, like Northern Africa and the Middle East are quickly destabilizing as a result. Meanwhile, America has a record amount of citizens on food assistance amidst worsening unemployment.

This economic wrecking ball is having a devastating global effect.

The oil and Wall Street powers seem satisfied to allow the civil unrest to spread in order to feed their greed for higher oil prices and resulting control. Surely they recognize that higher oil prices will suck the remaining wealth out of the poor and middle classes around the world. This scenario will obviously cause starvation, illness, and other life-shortening effects, as increasing numbers join the ranks of the poor . . . and the poor have no where else to go.

It appears that there is no stopping this scenario unless the human tribe finds solidarity of purpose in defeating the very system that has offered only two horrible scenarios. Incidentally, the escalating global unrest is the fallout, which may have triggered such revolutionary times. The summer and autumn austerity revolts throughout Europe now have spread to oppressed Arab countries, and are being hinted at in the streets of Wisconsin and elsewhere in a formerly asleep America.

We must assume, however, that the ruling class has contingency plans for dealing with organic protests resulting from their economic hitman schemes. The dilemma for those in the human tribe who understand the purpose of these manufactured events (culling and control) is to determine whether a slow economic destruction is actually any better than rapid collapse for creating a more just and free society.

Many will say there may still be more than two ways forward if enough people wake up quickly enough, but the elite control the tap of resources (life) and they will simply turn off the switch if they are truly threatened by other possibilities. Incidentally, it's this very tap of money, oil, and food that is already being restricted to create this depression cycle. Thus, they are certainly capable of a complete switch-off that would result in a rapid collapse of resource delivery systems, while the world is becoming incrementally poorer due to their economic policy decisions.

So what is the endgame?

Complete collapse might cause immediate solidarity in communities out of sheer necessity to cooperate, which appears to present an opportunity to start over and rebuild at the local level during the period when the centralized control system will be in crisis mode. Yet, a catastrophic collapse will indeed accomplish the controllers' goal of rapid depopulation through starvation and civil unrest, as vital goods will likely disappear almost immediately, especially from mega-cities.
It seems that a slow demolition approach allows more time to educate, prepare, and propose a better way forward for society. In turn, it gives the controllers more time to situate their chess pieces and set up the high-tech control grid.

Indeed, there will be pain and suffering in both inevitable scenarios. For those on the side of humanity, a slow demolition might be preferable, as truth will always win if given enough time to reach those who are open to it. And yet, nothing is more likely to wake people up en masse than a total shutdown.

Regardless, we should seize the opportunity today to prepare people for these inevitable realities, and join forces to propose a new way forward.
